We law firms connect every part of their marketing – from brand messaging to lead generation – into one seamless, data-driven system. Our approach blends strategy, psychology, and empathy, turning complex marketing challenges into clear, actionable systems that deliver measurable results.
What sets us apart is our tactic-agnostic approach and my ability to combine data-driven insights with a deep understanding of human connection. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every strategy we create is customized to your firm’s unique goals and rooted in how you serve your clients. Our experiences have taught us the value of hard work, resilience, and empathy, and we bring those lessons into every project we take on.

At Marketing Boss, I focus on helping law firms like yours simplify, systemize, and scale their marketing efforts. I understand that your services are exceptional, but if your message isn’t reaching the right people through the best marketing channels, it’s hard to monetize it in the way you need to scale. That’s where I come in.
With a foundation built on data-driven strategy, purpose, and genuine connection, I’ve worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and law firms to create marketing systems that attract better clients, increase sales, and generate more revenue from their marketing efforts. My approach blends strategy and heart, combining data-driven insights with empathy to help you build a brand and create marketing experiences that connect authentically with your audience and help you grow.
The Marketing Boss Philosophy
The business I’ve built is grounded in life experiences that have shaped me and made it impossible not to share the fruits of what I’ve learned with business owners. Too often, I see entrepreneurs bleed money on wasted efforts that cost them profitability and, sometimes, their dreams. As a childhood domestic violence survivor from San Fernando, California, I learned empathy and how to tune into emotions as a survival skill. I also learned to respect and honor hard work because I know firsthand what it feels like to build a future on it. I put in the work to overcome my circumstances and transform my life, and I was featured in the LA Times in a front-page article titled “Portrait of Strength in the Face of Adversity” after receiving a “Beating the Odds” scholarship as a teen from the Children’s Defense Fund. My grit opened doors for me, and I’ve carried that sense of gratitude and responsibility into my work, helping others tap into opportunities and achieve their goals with a full understanding of the price.
Early Career
Before Marketing Boss, I was also an Emma L. Bowen Foundation scholar, enrolled at the University of California at Berkeley, double-majoring in History and Rhetoric while interning at KNBC in Burbank, California. Those early experiences taught me how to balance creativity with strategy, a skill I carried into my work in the film industry alongside Christy Haubegger, founder of Latina Magazine, on the movie Spanglish. It was on that set that I discovered the magic of marrying the creative process with marketing data and insights – a discovery that continues to guide my work today.
This passion for data and strategy led me to the prestigious Emerging Leaders Program at The Nielsen Company, where I specialized in big data and transitioned into software and data sales. After training TV sales executives to use data to drive results, I took on a sales role at Telemundo Atlanta, where I connected with local businesses, mostly attorneys, and was inspired to launch my own bilingual, full-service advertising agency. Over the years, I realized that the traditional agency business model was fundamentally incompatible with my desire to remain fully tactic-agnostic and data-driven in my recommendations to clients. This realization led me to launch Marketing Boss, where I could focus on creating customized, unbiased strategies that truly serve my clients’ unique needs.

My heart’s purpose is to see law firm owners rest in their success, free from the overwhelm of marketing. There’s nothing more fulfilling to me than empowering law firm owners and their teams to grow with confidence and ease. I have had the honor of serving top law firms all over the country through my Marketing Boss CMO program and my ConnectConvert law firm sales program.
I believe it’s absolutely possible to create a predictable flow of leads and cases by leveraging data and strategic sales systems to guide the way. When I’m not bossing up law firm campaigns, you’ll find me speaking on stages, hosting The Care Sandwich podcast, writing content, creating social media posts with my five boys, mentoring others, and championing the idea that marketing doesn’t have to be overwhelming – it just needs to be intentional.
